Neurodiversity in the workplace Consulting
I offer consulting for anyone who seeks to make their workplace accessible for people with various neurotypes, such as Autism, ADHD, High Intelligence, and others. I work with clients to meet teams and employers needs. When working together we will address topics such as:
- Neurotypical and Neurodivergent communication: how to communicate effectively at work
- Sensory needs for people with ADHD, Autism, High Intelligence and others

I am Anna, a research and neurodiversity coach and consultant working with professionals at all career stages, within and outside of academia.
With over 15 years of work experience in research support and research management plus extra training and education and my own lived experience as a neurodivergent person I am here to
help people thrive in their career and create better workplaces.
